What about cancellation, refunds and guarantees?

While we do ask you to commit and sign an agreement, it is NOT a contract so you can cancel at anytime. The agreement simply outlines the operating terms which specifies what each party is to expect out of the other. While algorithms are trained much better the longer you are running your ads, if you feel that you cannot continue for another month of service with us, please notify us immediately.

You are welcome to finish out the remainder of the month as services are already paid for and ad spend platforms will not give Clicks Prosper, LLC a refund. We ask that you notify us in writing no less than 72 hours before you would like your services to be terminated. If for any reason you have an urgent need for your ads to be pulled immediately, just call the emergency hotline indicated in your onboarding welcome packet and we will address your concerns.

It is generally not possible to get a refund for advertising. However, there are some exceptions. For example, if an ad is placed in error on the fault of Clicks Prosper, the advertiser may be able to get a refund if no other remedy is available. Additionally, some advertising platforms may offer refunds or credits if an ad does not generate the promised results. However, these exceptions are rare.

If you are considering advertising, it is important to understand the risks involved. Advertising can be a great way to reach your target audience, but it is important to remember that there is no guarantee of success.

There are a few reasons why refunds for advertising aren’t possible.

  • Advertising is a service. Once an ad is placed, it has been rendered. It is no longer possible to take back the service that has been provided.
